Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Terrible performance, Newcastle were very good and 2-0 is a fair result.

Jackel and Hyde stuff from us, win every game in October and lose the 1st in November.

Newcastle have been much the better side in this 2nd half and we've had no answer to them at all.

Well deserved 3 points today from Newcastle.

I wouldnt like to be in that Chelsea dressing room or bus journey home this evening.

To a man they were shocking, clearly lacked any ideas and apart from a few half chances we didnt trouble a poor Newcastle back line and they punished us and for 45 mins they were the better side and cant argue with the result.

Main thing is to win the Schalke game mid week and make sure the UCL is sorted.

Listening to the reaction and the volume of the crowd I'd say we should re double outer efforts to rid the club of the toxic state it's in now so we can concentrate on the football and days like this besides lurching from one stupid situation to another

We showed some ambition today and look what happens.

    You ahold know better paully!

As people had imagined sending lukaku out on loan is absolute stupidity on chelseas behalf. 2 goals from your strikers after ten league games, a laughable return for a title contending team.

Ramires and Lampard is a physical midfield, they will run, they have strengths but in a tight game like that they simply lacked the composure and ability to get on the ball first and foremost and then to dictate the tempo of the game. Lampard ventured into a dimension in which he could not be seen while Ramires lost the ball so cheaply so often, most notably in the lead up to the second goal. It has to be better in there.

Someone already mentioned that this was a game for a Drogba type centre forward and I couldn't agree more, personally I thought Ba would have been worth having today, obviously not as brilliant as Drogba but would have offered a focal point to the attack and would have given the side the option of bypassing the congested midfield and to get at a Newcastle defence that I wouldn't be at all convinced by.

Never been aimed at the players or manager, just the **** in the stands(or not in the stands usually).

Anyway, delighted with the win, never saw it coming but typical Newcastle!

Remy, Debuchy both outstanding and special mention for Anita who was tremendous when he came on.
