Here's a still image from my lambing camera:

That's a crystal clear image. I'd say no bother spotting one lambing from that camera.

Easier when there is only a few of them in the pen. Nice to check them when I'm at work or on the phone when I'm out. Also it pans around which is handy.

The size might be too big? Can you see the attach button below the reply box? Sometimes it disappears for no reason!

ta john hampy is ok, a lunatic tho,he is on his third season here and still savage to work but on the look out for a replacement.

beded on straw, about every 5 days depending on weather.one heston per 2 pens (140 adult ewes) were bedded just after this shot was taken, sheep in centre pen put out in foot bath (zinc sulphate)bale split between back and front of pen, fork half into outside pen by which time feet well soaked.

fed silage just finished 2year old pit and on to round bale yesterday. plus 3/4kg 18%nuts

    fed by diet feeder

WALK through passage 3ft internal, anything less is a fall through trough (and a bitch to turn the feeder in:D)

Stumbled on this thread by accident and spent today looking through it.
    Very nice.

Grew up beside a sheep farmer and miss seeing them about, real hard work goes into rearing them.

    Some photos of local sheep

Friend just messaged me a sheep and her lamb running about her street this morning - they don't know the farmer but the guards are going down I think for a wild sheep chase.

Couldn't help myself reading that bit in a Ross O'Carroll-Kelly accent. Someone should report the "mum" to the focking Gords :D
