    I always thought that building and the Broadstreet center would make a much better shopping center site then the Michael St place.

    I was trying to get in touch with the owner years ago about using it for a small festival, different bands etc in each room..
    when i got onto the letting agent, they said they wouldnt give me the details and they only wanted something permanent to go in there like another cinema..

    I guess you can see, with an attitude like that why its still empty.

    Not very nice people at the best of times, they have been tearing themselves apart in the courts for the last few years , keeping a few solicitors in the style they are accustomed to.

    True thing. Really not very nice people so happy to see the greed that marked the way they did business come home to roost.

    I dont remember unfortunately, it was around 2008 or 2010..
