Ursuline court - students?

    Hi there,
    I'm trying to find out a bit about ursuline court as an estate. It seems nice & settled but someone told me they lived there years ago & there were a lot of students. I wonder is It different now with the likes of Riverwalk & Templars hall?

    There's not that many students there. Maybe something like 85% normal residents and 15% students, so there's not really a critical mass there to cause any disturbances.

    I'd say it's a lot more than that in fairness.
