    Hello, is it possible to apply for WH (2014) when you are in Canada as tourist?

    Yes you can. You'll probably need access to your bank account online to transfer funds and if you're in Canada for a while you'll have to obtain your police carts for stage 2. Although once you completed stage 1 you have 6 months to complete and submit stage 2.
