Hi, can anyone reccommend a good doctor in D6 area? I have been to a doctor in walk in medical and he was very dismissive with my concerns. Issue has worsened and I need to see a good doctor. Ive never had to use a doctor in Dublin before, can someone recommend a good professional trustworthy doctor please? Thanks:)

I attended this doctor a couple of times and will go to her again, really professional, friendly and genuine.

I found the Cambridge Clinic in Rathmines grand.

+1 Both myself and ex attended her clinic and found her to be great.

It isn't in D6 but might be close enough... Would you consider The D2 Medical Centre on Fitzwilliam Place? Great doctors who sent me for many tests and so on to make sure that what I was concerned about were unfounded.

I saw Dr. Joyce in this clinic in Rathmines and he was just brilliant. It's a drop-in clinic but there doesn't seem to be a time limit on your appointment. The first time I went to him he talked to me for about a half hour and was so patient and understanding. He called me a few times afterwards to check in and make sure I was doing OK.

I will second Dr. Joyce. he has been my family doctor since my birth 24 years ago. he is brilliant, he rang my dad at 11 one night years ago to tell him to get my mam into hospital coz she had pneumonia. his personal touch is so nice. my hubby was extremely ill recently and he looked after him for work certs and anything he needed without question. he is right around the corner from us in his other surgery in terenure. he is brilliant and i always wind him up by callng him the american pie dad

Another vote for Dr Joyce, was my doctor for two years while I lived in Harolds Cross.
