There are houses for rent in Dangan Heights but not many. There are 2, 3, 4 and 5 beds. My friend still lives there and has two toddlers. Loves it. Very safe and great community spirit. Rare a house comes up for sale there but a few to rent. He didn't know of any students renting there and it's only a ten minute walk to DERI and a minute to the primary school.
