    Hi Im wondering if you can help me please, I purchased an item through paypall, the money has been taken from my account and has been added to the other persons account but it is actually a scam so Im wondering if I can get the money charged back in to my account?:?

    Hi Maggie.

    If you did not receive the product or service you requested, you would need to firstly dispute it as per PayPal's procedure. If you contact PayPal directly, they can assist with the procedure. 

    If they cannot assist, we can then look into it further for you. Please see here and you can fill out the attached form.
