Can anybody tell me why NPPR? is being charged when property tax is now in. Double taxation for the same property? FG/Labour give us a break.

This money would be better achieved by taxing the people who dropped us in the Sh1t in the first place?

I'll keep me voice quite now and try to lower my blood pressure before I give myself a heart attack.

In the meantime, one of the main property developers responsible
for dropping us in the mire, Bernard McNamara, walks free from
UK bankruptcy this month! He was only €1.6billion in debt!!

Hardly a word in the media about it, either. :(

And you can do the same if you so wish.
The laws of the land are applicable to all.
His discharge has been delayed by up to 7 months as well.

How much have they recouped from Johnny Ronan,Bernard McNamara,Derek Quinlan,Bailey brothers,Sean Dunne,Fingers and Seanie, etc, etc, etc.

And Mr. McNamara walks quietly away from his UK bankruptcy
this week. Not much outrage anywhere about that! :(

With all due respect, I cannot. Haven't the government's new
insolvency laws made it abundantly clear that only people with
some assets can avail themselves of those laws? The same
applies to Irish people applying for UK bankruptcy. Only the likes
of Ivan Yates and Bernard McNamara can afford to do so. How
many 'broke' applicants for UK bankruptcy can afford to prepay
two years' rent of €6,000 per month as Mr. McNamara was
    allegedly able to do??? :(:(

Yes, I see the latest news is that there is now a delay of a few
months before he is free of bankruptcy. I wonder who has
applied for that? Not that we will hear much about it in the media.
    Certainly not from Maid Marian!!
