    So could we be looking at this as a potential weekend daytime schedule?
    0700-0900 Aifric O'Connell
    0900-1100 Dave Fanning
    1100-1300 Chris and Ciara
    1300-1500 Larry Gogan
    1500-1800 Stephen Byrne
    1800-2000 Conor Behan.

    With Will and Rick going/gone from 2FM, there are no presenters left on the station who started there in the 80's and 90's. And very, very few still there who started in the 2000 decade.

    I am only speculating. If Eoghan McDermott gave up the London life to move back to Dublin then I don't see why she couldn't. (Except she has been there nine years and he was only there three or four.) Maybe her and EMD on breakfast with C&C on drivetime? This is just speculation. It seems to me that 2FM are struggling to find new DJs.

    I feel his pain. My favourite on 2FM. Met JJ his sidekick at Criunniu na Casca back in April. He was nice. Will has played my requests every now and then. I'm not too worried though, he'll be on RTÉ Gold.

    If I was Dan Healy, I would swap Eoghan, C&C and Stephen. Eoghan in Stephen's slot, C&C in Eoghan's slot and Stephen in C&C's slot. Plus, Eoghan being on at weekends would give him more time to work on TV projects, which I know he loves doing. He has had a good run on Driveby and has been in the slot longer than he had intended to be. I also think Conor Behan is overdue a weekly show. Finally, Laura Whitmore - a weekly show is a bit unlikely, but what if she was an occasional cover presenter? Like Ryan Tubridy in reverse?

    Best of luck to Rick and Will on their new shows!

    7am Aifric
    9am Dave
    11am C&C
    1pm Stephen
    4pm Larry

    Don't know what McDermots current contract status is but perhaps Tracey Clifford will be moved to weekends for age reasons when her contact expires next year ? A direct swap with Stephen Byrne maybe ? She will be almost 40 next year so a dinosaur really in chr radio.h

    Tracy Clifford is 38 next year....but Nicky Byrne is 40 next year so it will be Jenny Greene weekdays 10am-1pm!

    All of the weekday daytime presenters are in their 30s now. If you count Lottie Ryan she is the youngest at 31.
