    Argos stock;
    XBone
    PS4

Does the difference in stock say anything about the popularity of either console?

perhaps, excpet metal gear solid could be considered a sony favoured title considering most of it's releases where sony exclusive or at least timed exclusive to sony.

Really only after MGS 4 (which is still only on ps3) did it start getting multi platform releases at the same time.

Many Xbox gamers aren't into the MG franchise because they never had the original titles. On my friends list there's hardly anyone playing it, I've seen more people playing the Gears of War reboot.

I am an Xbox gamer and the only reason I care about it is I had a Ps1 and a ps2 before switching to 360 last gen.

I see some missions around the 8 and 9 mark recommend missiles. Is this recommending rocket launchers or missiles for your helicopter or either? Would C4 do the job?

MGS1 was on PC and MGS2 was PC and XBox as the rerelease with the skateboarding thingy in it.

You probably could complete the mission only using C4 but it wouldn't be easy and you'd need a lot of it. Research the GROM-11 rocket launcher and bring some C4 too.

It was during the day too but I spent a lot of time running between rocks and ruins.

And Penn, I was just thinking that would surely work too. I don't think it's cheating at all. Great thinking! :)

Didn't have much choice. Had nothing else to use.

One of those missions (I forget which one), I tried a few times with C4 and a missile but even then I kept getting killed. Ended up using one of the on-site mortar launchers. Did the job nicely

Retro I am disappoint that you didnt read my post properly.

    I stated:

I know both MGS and MGS 2 were on pc and xbox but both titles were released substantially later then the playstation releases

MGS was released in 2000 on pc while it was a 1998 release on playstation

MGS 2 was a bit tighter, but it is still a year later (2001 for ps2, 2002 for xbox)

Metal Gear Rising was the first title released on ps3/xbox 360 at the same time (and pc was much later)

Ground Zeroes was the same with a later pc release

In fact this could be considered the first MGS title title that has had a simultaneous release on both the major consoles and the pc (though the Wii U arguably holds it back from that claim)

Does anyone else find this game extremely easy?

Depends on how you're playing it. To do a proper job of sneaking in and out undetected requires some skill and decent forward planning. Running in like John Rambo is much easier, but you're gonna miss out on fultoning some talented recruits, and you will never get a decent grade that way.

I'm actually disappointed with this. Like its the best in gameplay terms MGS has ever been by a country mile, but it so doesn't feel anything like a Kojima game or a metal gear game, its lost its spark.

Here's a screenshot that says otherwise :p SPOILER ALERT:

That just made me laugh so hard

    Oh it's ON motherf*ckers!
I read somewhere that the AI learns to adapt to your preferred style of play displayed in earlier missions. They are supposed to start behaving differently so that sounds like a cool example of that happening.

Does anyone have any evidence to prove that two different players could play the same mission but face differently behaving guards based on their style of play? That would be fantastic.

My guys have: helmets, body armour, NVGs and gas masks. It starts to be a real pain trying to tranq them

I dropped supply drop boxes on her once she was out in the open. Only took two to knock her out
That is brilliant :D Wish I thought of that.

It might be doable but you'll be very hit or miss. It'll either work or it'll fail miserably. It's pretty hard to C4 multiple moving targets.

How long does it normally take for Argos to get stock back in?

Well, I have a One and had a 360, but borrowed a ps3 exclusively to play MGS4 xD

So, I will be buying it online as soon as i have time to play it

From my earlier post, The guard in the background wouldn't stop following me. Had to ditch the box and head into a nearby cave.

Honestly for the people saying it's too easy, turn off relfex mode. Makes things a lot harder.

There are showers at Mother Base. They look a little like portaloos and there's a showerhead icon on the map.

How did you manage to find a Transport specialist? I though he was only found during a certain mission?

I've just been picking up whatever specialists I find. There was one mission where I think it said you could find one in and everyone I picked up every specialist I could find in that mission. Maybe that was it.

    Oh My God.......
Damn you Hideo f*cking with my head like that! Nice find man! Something else to check in on every time I'm at MB.

Listened to the tape you get afterwards, saw I had another one I forgot about. Had picked it up near a toilet on a mission and it's 15 seconds of a 'Soldier with upset stomach'. Not sure if he's puking or sh*tting......This game is f*cked.

Wow that's a pretty big one. I'm going to have to pay more attention around mother base.

Also I'm sure you noticed, there is a red door on the previous level, I'm now really curious what's in that!

She'd actually be about 25 right, wasn't she 16 in peace walker?

On the mission screen, mission 10 is showing that it contains a Transportation Specialist. Each mission shows what skills/blueprints you can find in it.
