Hi all, I spent 2011 in Canada and I may have to secure a police certificate from Canada saying I was never in trouble out there for work purposes. I had a look on the RCMP website and it doesn't seem exceptionally clear what to do if you are outside Canada.

I also read about using 3rd party fingerprinting services to send fingerprints to the RCMP that cuts waiting times of up to nearly 6 months to about 3 days. HAs anyone ever used these 3rd party providers?
