Hi All, have lost 12 volt to external bell, the panel a HKC 1070 has resettable fuses would anyone know their location on the panel. Thanks

They should reset automatically. Try disconnecting the power at the panel and see if the power is back at the terminals.
There may be a problem on the cable.
