Weird Chrome Tab Issue

Hi all, Having a weird issue with my Chrome browser at the moment, basically my tabs stop about 3/4 of the way across the browser window as though the last quarter has something blocking the tabs from stretching across. I've attached a screenshot of it happening in incognito mode also, so its not just my current settings.…

Hi all,

Having a weird issue with my Chrome browser at the moment, basically my tabs stop about 3/4 of the way across the browser window as though the last quarter has something blocking the tabs from stretching across. I'm running chrome 30.0.1599.101 m on windows 8.1.

Also if I minimise the window it gets ridiculous

Anyone seen this before? I had a quick google but not seen anything for it. Not urgent fix or anything but throws my OCD off

Ah apparently its a known issue with win8.1

temp fix is to disable high dpi scaling apparently. details in the link above.
