I am looking for a gym in cork with a good selection of weights, dumb bells, squat racks, bench presses etc.
Is the one in Douglas at Anco still open?
Not looking for a membership, just casual visits.

Has anyone experience with this crowd?

Havent been there myself but by the looks of things there isnt much time during the week you can just drop in and train

Fitnessworx on the tramore road has a good selection of stuff (http://www.fitnessworx.ie/)
Four racks and a platform, plenty of bars, plates, dumbbells and benches

Have a look at Cork Kettlebell Club, just off South Douglas Road on Half Moon Lane, check http://corkkettlebellclub.ie/.

    Spit and sawdust gym.
