i'm also down on both Outlook (on my PC) and webmail (on PC or S4).
Hasn't happened for over 2 years.....
Help!

Are you trying to log in through a third party platform ie: outlook?

Or are you unable to log in directly through the website as well - https://secure.eircom.net/email
