Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I put a passcode in my ipad setup, but when I turned it on and put it in, it won't start up. I thought I put in the right one. What do I do?

    You'll have to restore using iTunes.

    I plugged it into iTunes and now its saying 'iTunes could not connect to ipad because it is locked with passcode. Your must enter your passcode on the ipad before using itunes'
