xbox live gold problem

I bought an xbox bundle in smyths last month, i was supposed to get 3 months live gold free. A month later now and its expired.

When you set up a new profile you get one month free. In order to get the three month subscription there should be a scratch card with the packaging. I think when I bought my there was one page with 2 "gifts". One was a card with points for a movie and the other was a three month sub. Try the packaging and literature that came with it.
