    Can you please tell me why broadband usage is no longer shown on my eircom page.
    I still get asked to verify my email address.

    I dont want to be asked to pm you just tell me if there is a problem with the my eircom page

    Got that now.
    Any word on why I keep having to verify email. Its not a problem just annoying.

    No not upgraded to efibre and wont for a while yet.

    the e-mail verification is a new security confirmation as well as there is no a multiple user function for the same account added with the updates to the my eircom platform earlier in the week.
