    1. McGrath
    2. Best
    3. Ross
    4. McCarthy
    5. Toner
    6. POM
    7. Henry
    8. Heaslip CAPTAIN

    9. Murray
    10. Jackson
    11. McFadden
    12. D'Arcy
    13. BOD
    14. Bowe
    15. R Kearney

    16. Cronin
    17. Healy
    18. Fitzpatrick
    19. POC
    20. SOB
    21. Reddan
    22. Madigan
    23. D Kearney

POC is captain for the series.

McGrath a surprise starter. Healy seems to be in the same boat as POC and SOB then. Huge impact on the bench in the forwards particularly. Given who we are missing that's a good starting XV and a potentially awesome bench.

Schmidt has stuck largely to what/who he knows, but that team should be able to put in a very strong 80.

Bar no Luke Marshall, I'm pretty happy. Hopefully we see him against one of Australia and NZ.

If Kidney was still over the Irish team I think you would have seen POC, Healy and SOB start. Schmidt rotating

    McGrath speaks well :D:D:D

D'arcy might have been picked for the partnership with him and BOD which I can understand.

I predict there's gonna be about 6 players I'll be really unhappy to see in the starting line up.

    Disgusted with the 6.

I like Ferg, but I'm just not sure...

Hmm, original rumours were Healy + Fitzpatrick, Ross starts but so does Jack McGrath. I think I prefer this in the sense that Fitzpatrick is not young and is injury ridden anyway, McGrath is more looking towards the future. Not sure if he's ready for this test but I can't believe they would send him out there if they didn't trust him

    Really?

McF and D'arcy at international level are far from exciting imo

As usual with JS lineups, some curveballs. Disappointed for Luke Marshall.

    No.

D'arcy is another player with BOD there imo.

Reddan on the bench isn't the best either, I'd prefer Boss, but I suppose he's a little different to Murray.

I am delighted for Chris Henry.

I would have Marshall for D'Arcy and Boss for Reddan but other than that happy enough.
