about irish

my friend just told me that in order to get into college.
i need to pass my irish (also english and maths),is this true????
i have difficulty in irish but i cant get out of it.

Most colleges do require Irish (unless you have a state exemption). Check the college websites or qualifax for specific courses you want.

Play around with that. I had it preset at Foundation since a lot of colleges consider it to be little better than failing Ordinary Level. There are courses there, but it's a matter of finding something that you want. If you have two languages passed (including English), you can get into Trinity for example.

hi,im actually not irish, i know another language from my country also do french aswell.
im considering doing beauty course , history,or art.
but i dont think irish matters in this case?
do level of irish matters?

i actually do french,english and my own country language(read+write).
im doing higher level but im failing my tests.
i would like to study,history,art or beauty course.
i would love to get to trinity.
