Best bet would most likely be to check with local vets and dog day care centers for leads; most are done by reference.

I would put up flyers in parks/dog walking areas, in local supermarkets, in local pet stores, in vets surgeries, grooming parlours etc etc and as Nody says, in dog day care centres. If you volunteer for a rescue (you didnt say Galway City what??) you could maybe use them as a reference when prospective customers contact you? Sounds like a GOOD idea - be proactive! Im sure there must be lots of working dog owners who would use your services. You might get friends to put up your flyer on their company notice board if they have one - for collegues with dogs etc. Good luck!
