Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This thread is hilarious. Jones red. Bad ref. please don't celebrate mr Persie.

The delusion becomes more apparent with every post, before the match it was the referee favours United

Selfish from Rooney. Pass to RVP ffs.

Wilshere for Flamini, exactly what we need.

Rooney should have finished the tie for United. Hopefully Wilshire provides the spark for us!

this game needs a controversial penalty me thinks...

There's nobody in the wide areas for Arsenal. Very narrow.

RVP put the hands out to suggest he wanted Rooney to take it himself. Can't blame Rooney for having go then.

And people really think this is far better than LOI football, 2 teams with everyone in the middle of the field

    Shocking!

I thought that was a "play me in" gesture.

That's because most of our wide players are injured!

As opposed to 2 teams watching the ball go back and forth over their head?

    No thanks.. :)

All of Arsenal central midfielders are not much use today.

So you don't see big games in LOI being played out like this?

It's a big game and both teams know it, plus Arsenal team have had a bug going around for United this is just their way for the last few years. The midfield needs sorting out and a new winger or two.

United are doing very well defensively. Two banks of four as soon as we get the ball. Them getting the lead was the worst thing for us, and the game as a whole. They're happy to sit back and hit a few counters now.

    Ref is awful.

Nothing shameful in being brought back down to earth by Man Utd.
It is worrying though that another big game and we look a bit lost going for it.

Rooney is an anomaly. Selfish in attack but incredibly unselfish in his willingness to run for the team and work hard.

I think Ozil is scared of the ball.

We didn't look lost in those games, and TBF this is a big test to show if we deserve to be 8 points ahead of United.

Özil didn't lead with his head on that chance in case he got sent off, perfectly understandable

    Roll over?
I believe we can match united when we play well, we aren't though and don't look like winning.
If want to believe go ahead, it's unwarranted though on what we've seen so far.
