Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So Utd fans....ya Arsenal fans feck off back to yere own thread:),what Team would ye like to see start game????.
.......Personally for some reason I think Utd will raise their game from the dross they produced midweek.
Heres my team to try and get back into league race in some way...ie actually go out and play attacking football.
    De Gea
    Smalling Vidic Evans Evra
    Jones
    Nani Cleverly Rooney
    Kags
    RVP
Rafael meant to be touch and go......I think we need to be able to pass it ala Arsenal so pointless been negative and starting Feillaini.
Didn't make bad stab at team, felt Carrick wouldn't be fit so had Clev on and would rather have Nani than Antonio 'I never attack anymore' Valencia!

Strange that TV is still captain.

Then why complain about an English tradition being practiced at an English football match in the first place?

    Hate the Vieira song now.

Gibbs is our weak link. Keeps giving it away.

    Arsenal look a bit leggy.

That's not all you said and you know it. Who cares anyway, lets just watch the match.

All Utd so far, we look safe at the back though.

I think he suffers a bit with nerves at the start of games.

As usual, absence of testing the keeper, no signs of breaking down through the middle, too many hopeless crosses.

Vermaelen was lucky boy there, haven't a clue why he would stop like that even if it was a foul.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,819 ✭✭✭EuropeanSon

Thought Ozil was fouled there. Fabulous control by Giroud.

He's probably looking at it philosophically - "This zip is like football, one moment you're up, the next you're down."

Vermaelen pushing very high up to meet Rooney, he should leave that to Flamini and Arteta and stay in his position.

    Gibbs, very complacent.
    Not good signs so far.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,920 ✭✭✭Sugarlumps

Gibbs is pathetic, Utd on top without providing a cutting edge.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,906 ✭✭✭✭PhlegmyMoses

Valencia is just awful. First touch forcing him into passing to an offside Smalling. The righjt side of Arsenal's team looks ripe for the taking but not with Valencia there.

United looking to be on top so far but Arsenal restricting them to playing it around the midfield. Brilliant tactic if ti works but United's strikeforce it might come back to haunt them..

Flamini, very committed, very nice to see high up, could've gone our way there.

Young did well to stay up there.

all united's attacks seem to be coming down that side.

Utd should try and target Gibbs more.
