Very bad miss from Pisi, getting penalised a lot at the breakdown.

Gutted for Henry, he will get plenty of opportunities under Joe though

POM just bounced 2 samoans, anyone who says he isn't a destructive carrier can now be dismissed without hesitation

I suppose if your the sort of person who is into Cat Meme's and manufactured mexican wavey fun...then it's awesome craic.

    Great work by McGrath

Ireland very insipid. No verve or spice about the performance at all. The spirit of Kidney reigns

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,816 ✭✭✭corny

We are very passive in the tackle. The Samoans have some good carriers but we're allowing them to take the tackle on their terms.

Anyone watching this on BBC ni. Bloody brutal commentary just constantly praising the Ulster players.. Paddy Jackson playing Samoa by himself!!

ulster, a Great bunch of lads!
Rory best used to captain Ireland you know....

Is it just me or is Steve Walsh missing an awful lot - particularly off the ball stuff when chasing box kicks. Kearney has a huge job to get around the Samoan's to chase Murray's kicks.

Cheers lads. Stuck on a bus between Loughrea and the middle of nowhere looking out at the pissing cold rain. Phone battery dead so no radio. :(

    Limited WiFi access. :(

But only 15 minutes to go for a warm pub, big creamy pint and TV to watch the second half. :)

Nice counter-attack from Kearney, wonder if he should have passed first. Worked out okay though.

    In touch, I think.

Pity its McFadden at 11. I'd bank Earls/Zebo/Trimble to get closer.

    Bod should have recycled properly.

    Odds were always against him.

No harm meant, but he didn't ensure his safety on the way down

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,816 ✭✭✭corny

Yellow the right call imo. Nothing wreckless, but he didn't ensure Bowe's safety so it was always more than just a yellow.
