Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I really don't think you can take much from this game from a Liverpool perspective in relation to the top four race. Fulham are abysmal.

apart from this game putting us second. I'll take that.

Would love at least 1 more goal from us and would like to see Enrique and Allen get some time. I think we need Enrique back starting next week.

As bad as Fulham are, when they do get the ball they look dangerous enough.

    Yes we can.

You can only beat what is in front of you, and some are easier or harder than others.

Never underestimate the confidence a win brings.

A grand aul half that was. Hopefully they don't sit back now as they have done in previous games.

Adding Coutinho and Johnson into the team makes us so so much better, gives us that bit of width and creativity!

Coutinho is playing a bit deeper than I'd like but otherwise hardly looks like someone who's been out so long.
The difference in quality between Johnson and Cissohko is really being highlighted. He hasn't made any mistakes but he looks useless going forward.

When Johnson, who lets face it has not been stellar at times is on his game is really silky, lovely to watch. Cissokho still looks like someone who can't quite believe where he is - needs to realise Fulham are crap and just attack his man.

Well doh! Its another game - 3 points are on offer and that's all that matters along with playing well, keeping a clean sheet, not picking up any silly cards and the pies being warm.

Well fulham are awful but ill take it. Hendo and gerrard impressive, great to have cou and glen back too. Hopefully we wont take the foot off the gas.

I think it's further proof that these are the kind of games they are suitable for, we need upgrades for the likes of City, Chelsea, and Spurs.

Henderson has really kicked on under Rodgers.

He has Paully and it great to see but I still think he one signing away from being benched, or if Suso's progression continues he could lose out there when he returns.

So Suarez and the Fulham keeper walking off at half time having a chat, covering their mouths....obviously so no one can lip read them?! So for a laugh, what do you reckon was said???!?

How ? If you have aspirations for a top 4 finish you need to win as many games as possible . So every game is important .

True, even Gerrards errors have not been pounced upon (and there have been a couple) he is not being pressed and so can ping the ball about and make a few runs without trouble.

Like to see Allen, Alberto and Enrique/Sterling on after about 60 mins.

Ruiz on to boost the attack. Kačaniklić off

  • Site Banned Posts: 4,925 ✭✭✭Agueroooo

If Ruiz is the answer then someone is asking the wrong question.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,181 ✭✭✭Iang87

Puttin on Ruiz is s bit of a token effort. They're not losing cos they're attack is poor

    Nice attempted assist by Gerrard.

    We're crucifying them in possession.

We're playing with some tempo. Killer instinct too. You can see that they want more goals.

If it had been 0-0 at half time, you'd be saying "It's one of those days" now.

Liverpool could have had four in the last few minutes.

Jol has to be gone after today, Fulham have been so poor all season, not to take anything away from Liverpool though.

2 for Suarez=sturridge not passing and shooting from all angles for the rest of the game

Its too easy but if we keep doing this to the lower teams we will be fine and rght in there for top 4. A top CM will put us up there with the best then.
