I'm run-muting to or from work.

That's when you run past another runner and refuse to say hello ? People have ranted about people like you.

I'm the same. I take particular pleasure from running over one of the bridges crossing the M50 when it's at a standstill and I'm run-muting to or from work. I like to make sure that everyone can see my smug expression. I'm a bit of a d1ck.

The irony is that Id guess that most of the people in their cars see you go past in the "cold" and "dark" and say, this M50 stuff isn't so bad after all Bless em!

The thing you eat the day before Ash Wednesday

The knowledge that God will not actually strike me down for eating a fillet steak whilst chugging on a beer on ash Wednesday. Once finished dessert I'll head to the den for a cuban cigar.

I'll then wake up thursday and life will continue as normal.

*If I happen to die on ash Wednesday at least you will all be safe in the knowledge that Catholicism is the way to go :D

Sure sign of spring - first whiff of wild garlic in the PPark this morning. Took me years to figure out it wasn't a pizza someone had chucked in the hedgerow.

Must be a dividing line across the country somewhere? Crazily mild again today with very little wind or rain when I went for my constitutional 5m this evening. Long may it last! ( cue thunder agus lightening tonight followed by floods )

I don't know - considering your first post above being alive today might be rave enough ;) or maybe she sent the rain instead of striking you down !

Did you hear they're coming to Ireland? Still not sure whether that's a rant or a rave...

If they bring the reasonably priced cask ale it's a rave tbh.

Loved it. Really need to improve my climbing though. The big hill was pretty tough. Took me 42 minutes, over 10 minutes per mile

3 Miles yesterday wqas a real struggle, with my knee, calf and quads all giving me trouble. 9 miles today and not much niggles at all. Go figure.
