    Visited Mr Stew in Hospital today.
    He is up and walking about, shooting the breeze the same as ever. You'd never know anything had happened to him. He should be allowed to go back home in the next few days :):)

    Hope the league cup will be considered just reward for all those hundreds of millions spent. Unfortunately for both of us looks like the premiership is going to Russia along with everything else these days!

    1) Running in nice crisp weather the last 2 days :)
    2) Looking straight down the Royal Canal and seeing sunshine and blue skies :)
    3) Running a ten mile tempo in training that is faster than your 10 mile PB from 5 years ago :)

    Saw a red grouse in the Wicklow hills on Monday. Almost stood on it, frightened the crap out of me.

    Apparently this is the best time of the year to see them. They're in decline with various conservation plans for them as they are red listed.

    Nice little reminder that Wicklow is still wild.
