    My sister in law did the one in Cork - has come a long way this year having used the services of Pieta house - great organisation & a great way to get people out

    48-50 second 5k pb at Parkrun this morning :) Watch-less so not sure yet.
    And the best part is I know I'll knock another good chunk off the next one as I get more race practice!



    Edit: official time gives me 45 sec pb but hey I'll take that!!! For today!

    I do recall being shown a picture of a certain medal and a certain poster's Garmin. The said medal was in his pocket last night as well. Some say he's been carrying it with him everywhere since London. All we know is: he's called the Turd.
