I'm a year back running this weekend. I was struggling do to 5 km with a pace of nearly 6 minutes per km. Now I can do 10km in 42.30 and will be doing the Athlone half marathon next week. Never thought I'd improve this much or keep at it.

So true. As a neutral the organization is a joke. It's bringing the game and its officials into disrepute. Not sure why we have referees if we cannot accept their decisions.

How d fcuk can I make this a rave? Oh yes, get in there. Connolly to play!!!!

Wasn't actually referring to Mayo fans, its all the other anti-dubs, especially the northern brethren, some chip on their shoulders. Have the misfortune of working with a couple of them.
    Rave: Monday morning :-).

Haha Willie, sounds like you know me :p
Best team won today no doubt about that.
It's just a pity they weren't punished for their transgressions in the first match, the way they were calling for certain other teams to be punished for lesser offences.

Anyway I am off to wash up my green and yellow minor club jersey I haven't worn in 15+ years :pac:

Watched a proper Gaelic sport today. None of this pulling each other to the ground and stupid basketball hand passing.

There was quite a bit of both those 'skills' in the 40 odd minutes I saw.

    1. Live in the countryside.
    2. Wait until gaa is on tv.
    3. Put on running shoes (shorts/top optional).
    4. ???
    5. Run on otherwise traffic-less roads.
