Doing a MP run yesterday I clipped a curb. So I panned out, blood coming from hands knee and ankle and road rash of my back side. I did remember to pause my watch. The next mile was 30 secs quicker with the adrenaline boost.

Third week of my first ever bit of speed work (intervals, hills etc) and I'm seeing my heartrate drop by a good chunk on all my easy runs. They all just seem way easier.
