    Congrats on your new PB!

With some consistent training you should be able to improve your accuracy on due dates, at the same time improving both the weight and height, and maybe even the number of babies you can make at the same time.

Ha, dodgy post to direct to any post natal woman (but funny :) )

Congrats RK - he's so cute. Enjoy every moment if it.

Show off ! It's going to get worse. Had it last night in Achill & drove through it on the way back. Anyone thinking of getting out should go now !

Ireland's - and Donore's - Ann Woodlock, running 7:31.28 for 1500m aged 77 to win gold at the European Indoor Championships. I want to be like her when I grow up!

    Congrats Ann!

    That's awesome!

Speaking of inclusiveness and the subject of age: Whatever happened of the bould Brush Shiels attempt to break the 100 metres at age 70?

    http://www.the42.ie/brush-shiels-david-gillick-usain-bolt-1957343-Feb2015/

It was mentioned in the Irish Runner magazine's (as I recall) 2015 EOY round up.

Perhaps he is on to that "difficult second record"?

Lovely weather alright, couldn't believe how warm it was at around 4.30pm, should have just worn a t-shirt instead of the long sleeve top I had on.

Looks like the nation could be holding it's breath for another while  Anyone else curious about what is really going on behind closed doors, who is talking to who etc ? Love the drama of it all but reckon we could be heading for another election. Rave: suspense & intrigue

The main point is that Irish Water are here to stay. FF are all huff and puff about it, knowing that they won't have to abolish it because it's a red line issue to FG. Rave: Huffing and puffing!

Rave : lovely run along the canal today.

A canal in Dublin? Had to cancel my lunch time run because it was howling and bucketing down, and I'm not one to shy away from a bit of rain.
