    Hi Guys
    Today I caught a dumper where I live he was one of the worst ones yet I have two 700tvl cameras mounted on the street but the vans reg is a bit blurry I can just make it out I was wondering if there is any software that I can get that could clear it up a little also I want to lower one of the cameras down to catch the reg of any vehicle but at night the headlights of cars etc block it out does anyone have any tips before I have to spend mega bucks on a number plate camera?

    Reg plate recognition is a very specialised procedure and requires very specific equipment. Any thing else is purely hit and miss.
    The only hope is put the images in to photoshop and see if adjusting the levels etc make it legible.
