    I am considering buying a Firebird 16kW - Inset Stove backboiler stove which is costing €1000.

    Are these a good or bad stove?

    12.1kW to water (Heating System)
    3.6kW heat output to space (room)
    System Efficiency of 81%

    Hi ghayes,

    I'm considering the same, the plumber cant speak highly enough about them. Could you let me know where you are getting it for €1000?

    Ciaran A&R Plumbing Supplies Limerick, it was a display model so they were selling it cheap. I dont think they have anymore 16kW ones at this price.
