When we light our fire our next door neighbours living room fills with smoke. What could be causing this, and how do they stop it? Its getting frustrating as we use the fire to heat the house. They have gotten chimney balloons etc but the problem persists.

One of the Chimney Flues has to be Higher than the other, or else put a 'cowl' on top of one.
