Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I dropped my s3 on the ground at the weekend and at first the screen was fuzzy but lit up. Now all that happens is a blue light flashes on top of the phone and the home and return buttons on main display light up but thats it the rest does not function. Can I get it fixed?

Sounds like the ribbon to the screen has been worked loose or got damaged in the fall. Plenty of tutorials online if you're prepared to do it yourself. Otherwise hand it over to someone who knows.

Can it be fixed do you reckon and where can I take it to?

I dropped my S3 last year and cracked the screen to ****e. I got it fixed in one hour for EUR 195 with Fonemenders in Sandyford ( would have been 175 with a longer wait )...may be cheaper now as the phone is no longer the latest model.

Definitely recommend an Otterbox Commuter / Defender case..not even my 5 year old can break it now....
