bags dogs uk

i was looking at moving to the scotland and i have my own dogs here but how does the system in the uk work as regards bags? can u keep your own dogs at home and is there kennel specs you have to stick to if the dogs are bags and is it done under gbgb rules etc any info would be great thanks!

there are no bags tracks in scotland

theres one track thats shawfield in south glasgow

the only other track that would be open up that area is pelaw in durham in england
