Hoping someone here might be help with what's becoming a frustrating issue. Bought a laptop which turned out to be afulty but had already installed the MS Office 2013 (Home and Student version) which I'd bought with it.
Received a replacement laptop and contacted Microsoft re the authorisation code and they verified that it was ok for use on the new laptop. I've since logged on to my Microsoft account and once I do there's a green link 'Install' which I click and save the pop up launching prompt (or whatever the hell it's called).
Then when I double-click on this to run the installation it tells me that I don't have enough space on my laptop (brand new). I'm running Windows 8 on it. Ideas? I've contacted Microsoft by phone today but got the woman at the bottom of the well voice over the phone which they seem to specialise in and was put on hold for half an hour before I had to hang up.

It's a 500GB hard drive and it's brand new so that isn't the issue. Could be corrupted but I've tried downloading it several times now and it's still the smae issue.
