Overdrawing on my account

    Hi, 

    I'm a poor student and when I reach €0 in my account, I've always been able to overdraw by getting cashback in shops. In recent weeks, this function has ceased working. Any idea why? My card just declines.

    As we do not have account access here, we are unable to query if the overdraft status on your account has recently changed.
