Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Or "game", or even just "men" (giving you bonus points in the latter case for using all seven letters).

Will be tough to play against a team set up playing agricultural football in that weather...although I'm sure Stoke will have enough about them to overcome it!

Man Utd XI v Stoke: De Gea, Rafael, Evans, Smalling, Evra, Jones, Cleverley, Valencia, Anderson, Young, Welbeck (via @DiscoMirror)

Probably the most wind affected stadium in the league too, with it's giant gap in one corner

That team will frustrate the f**king life out of us in the final third tonight :(
Two wide men that can't cross and the two in the middle can't score, sure what could go wrong :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,834 ✭✭✭✭dahat

    Anderson
    22/1 FGS
    8/1 AGS

Seems he will play in the hole looking at that team, all over 8/1 AGS

9/1 in a place, looks good. The 22/1 fgs is criminally poor value though compared to 9s anytime.

Looks like a very frustrating lineup!

What looks good is Welbeck most shots @ 5/1.

The price is still factoring in Rooney or Hernandez playing.

This game has the entertainment value with that lineup

    Anderson, Young, Valencia, Welbeck

It's worth watching if you need a good laugh

#mufc team to face @StokeCity: De Gea; Rafael, Smalling, Evans, Evra; Valencia, Cleverley, Jones, Anderson, Young; Welbeck.

#mufc subs: Johnstone, Chicharito, Nani, Fletcher, Büttner, Zaha, Kagawa.

#scfc Starting XI vs Man Utd: Sorensen; Cameron, Shawcross (c), Wilson, Pieters; Walters, Palacios, Ireland, Whelan, Assaidi; Crouch

#scfc Substitutes vs Man Utd: Begovic, Muniesa, Pennant, Jones, Arnautovic, Adam, Wilkinson. Come on Stoke!

Fabio has to be on his way out or else he has been injured. No reason why he shouldn't be in that team (or squad at the least) tonight otherwise.

I'd have thought it was obvious he wasn't overly popular for some reason when he went on loan to QPR....

I thought that it was just for game time and that he'd be brought in more this season.

    Rooney injured now as well?

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,501 ✭✭✭Your Airbag

Moyes just said Rooney is injured and not rested.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,006 ✭✭✭beno619

Fairly happy with Welbz and our defence, theres really no reason for Rio to be playing when other CD's are fit. Game's crying the Shinji and Wilf.

Should of sold Anderson in the summer when we had some chance.

Should of sold Anderson in the summer when we had some chance.

    He needs games.

Looks like Moyes comments about selling players has worked, Young in with the goals now, as well as positive changes from Moyes. Have we turned a corner ?

Have to say, I love seeing Darren Fletcher back on that pitch. If he really is back for good I bet he makes a massive difference for us.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Got the result, the defence were good tonight

Beyond that it's hard to be positive, still the same old stuff

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,229 ✭✭✭✭J. Marston

Mr. Moyes, your campaign seems to have the momentum of a runaway freight train. Why are you so popular?

Expecting him to play well when he hasn't played since 19dickety7 and had Jones and Clev beside him in a team where nobody was playing well is a bit mad

Selling him with our midfield options would also have been mad

He needs games, either to play himself into form, or at least to put him in the shop window and hope someone thinks they can get the best out of him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,424 ✭✭✭✭The_Kew_Tour

For some reason I think be West Ham.
