Marathon training plan

    Hi,i did my first marathon this year in Dublin in 3:09:43.I'm starting a new training plan in mid December for the Rotterdam marathon and want to try something new. I've kinda narrowed it down to the Hal Higdon advanced 2 plan or the "very hard" smart coach plan on runners world.
    I'm wondering did anyone use either plan before and what sort of results have you had?
