Xbox 360 slim repair

Hi all, Looking for someone to repair or modd an xbox 360 slim (250 gb). I replaced the Lite-one dvd drive myself with one l got on ebay, swap the board as well but l keep getting unrecognized disk error for any disk (game, dvd) l put in! Thank you.
