Have a simple sheet costing repairing a laptop.

Just copped that Autosum is totalling at one cent less than it should..

    Formula is correct: =SUM(I3:I20)

Is it rounding down or am I missing something blindingly obvious?:p

Exchange rate obviously goes below the .05 of the cent and rounds down.

Increase the margin to 4 or 5 points and you should see where it's at

set its to 3 decimal places,

also i see your 1.2 for your STG to Euro conversion and 16.82*1.2= €20.184

Cool, it's not really critical, was just curious as to what was causing it.

    Cheers :P

The problem is that it isn't rounding ;)

Round all amounts to 2 decimals and all sums will be correct.

You have only formatted the the amounts to show 2 decimals, but if the €15.59 is really €15.585 and the €4.60 is really €4.595 then that's where your sum of €20.18 is coming from
