Gingerbread houses

    Bought the moulds that ikea are selling... But need a recipe for a suitable gingerbread. Don't like it too spicy or too rock solid (it might get nibbled at) ...


    Does anyone know of a good one? Thinking of doing a trial run soon :)

    This recipe is good. There's some chat in that thread about making gingerbread houses.
