    This issue has been resolved. I received a refund and vouchers for future travel as compensation.

    I think they're governed by the Taxi regulator. Try that route.

    Take to social media and ask them. Companies like them hate to see bad stuff on facebook or twitter about themselves.

    Kevo was out doing the shopping. A crate of cider and some nappies for the baby. Because of aircoach's despicable actions he didn't have enough money and had to put back the nappies.
