Changed address but emobile bills still going out to old address

    Hi folks,

    I moved address in September and changed my address under 'my details' on the emobile site.

    However, bills still appear to have my old address (and are presumably still being sent out to my old address?)

    ie. My 25 October bill shows my old address.

    How long does a change of address take to update in the system?
