    KN told me on Saturday that the cabinet is fully commissioned - any confirmation on order accept date.

    Order accept date is 12/11/2014. Must be a comreg stipulated notice period.

    Yes, after the cabinet is fully commissioned/tested by eircom wholesale/networks, the retail isps (vodafone, eircom retail, magnet etc) are given 28 days notice of when orders will be accepted for that cabinet.
