    Hi,

    Im leaving the country for a while - work related - and so will need a letting agent to manage the 2 properties i own.
    First on is a 2 bed aparment with sitting tenants.
    other property is a 4 bed house which i currently live in i.e. no sitting tenants.

    So my question is, how much should they charge?
    One months rent for each?
    Do i need an agent for the property i already have rented?
    What level of service can/should i expect from them? i.e. will they manage any issues tenants have?
