Advice replacing windscreen rubber seal on Mk1 Ducato van

I've got a small hole in the rubber seal around by windscreen. This is allowing water to stand there and is leading to a small bit of rust starting on one corner of the windscreen surround. At the moment I think it's just a light surface rusting so I want to rwplace the rubber and treat the rust. I've no idea where to…
