Myself and a friend are interested in doing a bit of pregnancy yoga over the few months, all going well. Does anyone know a good local class?

I think there is somewhere in Charlesland. I know nothing of its reputation.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Contact Caroline at Mummy's tummy (her details are on her website) - she is fab, classes held at Thrive in Charlesland ( upstairs over hairdressers)... Her classes are super.

Greystones yoga has a pre-natal class on Tuesday evenings:

I go here regularly for Ashtanga (3-4 times a week), and can thoroughly recommend the studio. I have taken classes from many of the teachers, but not from Lourda.

The details of the pregnancy yoga classes there are on www.yogameditation.ie . My wife was looking for somewhere and got a flyer.

Thanks all for your input. Tuesday eves will probably be the best bet so we'll try Lourda in Greystones and see how we get on. Will report back :) cheers RTT

I went to Caroline at mummies tummy. It was absolutely the most helpful thing I did in my pregnancy. Caroline is a great combination of informative, experienced and funny. It was easy to park, the place was warm and cosy and I met a great bunch of woman who I bump into regularly since.
